Shipping confirmation emails are not sent until your package is shipped out. If you have yet to receive your order/tracking information, it may be due to the following:
- Your order contains a pre-ordered item. Orders containing one or more pre-ordered item do not ship until all pre-orders are in stock. However, rest assured that the other items in your order are reserved for you and will not be sold. Even if the item goes out of stock in our store, we will still have it ready to ship for you.
- The item you ordered is currently on backorder and is being restocked. This usually takes 1–2 weeks.
- An error was made with the ordering information, such as an incorrect ZIP code. We correct these periodically, but if you think you may have mistyped your ZIP code, it's fine to reach out to us.
- Our fulfillment station is currently backlogged/unavailable due to unrelated issues, such as holidays or national disasters.
In any case, we apologize for the extended wait. We are probably already looking to fix the issue, but if you have not received confirmation within a week make sure to let us know!
