If a customer purchases a Level 99 game from you that is defective, damaged, or otherwise has missing parts, we are happy to replace those parts. You may request the missing parts yourself, or direct the customer to do so by sending them to https://www.level99games.com/contact-us.
If you believe you have received a game that was damaged during factory production or during shipment, please contact us immediately and do not sell this game to your customers.
We will send the requested replacements to the requester's destination, whether that be your store or the customer's home address.
Please note that our games eventually cease support. This support ends approximately 2 years after the last publication date of the game. For this reason, we may not have replacement parts available for games such as Disc Duelers, Power Play, Mystic Empyrean, and other older titles.
