It's not always feasible to mail physical errata or ship replacements, but we hope to at least correct the situation financially for you.


Level 99 Games offers a satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason at all, you can receive a full refund for the price of the game within 30 days of the date your game arrived.


To claim this refund, please donate the game to a local school, library, multigenerational center, convention, gaming cafe, or other public organization on our behalf (Level 99 Games LLC). Send us your purchase info (date, name, order number, etc) and the notice proving the donation via our ticket system, and we will post a full reimbursement to you for the products. This will be refunded to the payment method originally used, or as store credit.


Please note that we do not issue refunds for games purchased from third party sellers such as local game stores. Please contact the seller to arrange a refund for these items.
